Restore your purchase
Open Settings › See Plus › Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account you bought Plus with. Lifetime also works for your Family Sharing group.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Loopmere.
A pattern won't import
Loopmere opens PDFs and images up to 50 MB. A password-protected PDF can't be opened, so save a copy without the password and import that.
iCloud sync isn't updating
Check that both devices use the same Apple Account and that iCloud is on for Loopmere in your iPhone's Settings. Loopmere's Settings › iCloud shows the last sync. Changes can take a minute to arrive.
The Lock Screen counter doesn't appear
It needs Plus, with Show the counter while making turned on in Loopmere's Settings › Lock Screen, and Live Activities allowed for Loopmere in your iPhone's Settings. Count once in the project to start it.
Get your projects out
Settings › Your data › Export backup saves everything to a file.
