Privacy
Packmorrow is a personal, offline packing-list app from Synapturn (Qingdao) Information Technology Co., Ltd. This notice describes version 1.0. Updated September 21, 2026.
No app account or tracking
Packmorrow does not require an account. The app has no advertising, tracking SDK, network analytics, or server for your packing data. Your trips, item names, quantities, and reusable kits are not sent to Synapturn by the app.
What is stored locally
The app saves trips, kits, unfinished drafts, and one undo snapshot in its private application storage. It also keeps up to 300 local experience events: action names, times, stages, and counts. These events do not include destination names or item text and are not transmitted to us. You can inspect and clear them in Settings → Local experience record.
Backups and exports
Your device’s backup settings may include Packmorrow’s local files. Apple manages those backups under its own terms. Export my data creates a copy that you choose where to save or share, using the system share sheet. Anyone you send that file to may read its contents, including drafts and the last undo snapshot. Packmorrow cannot recall exported copies.
Deleting data
Discard this draft removes the unsaved item draft. Clear local record removes the current experience history and its undo copy. Delete all my data clears the app’s current trips, kits, drafts, local record, and undo snapshot. These actions do not delete previous device backups or copies you saved elsewhere; manage those in their respective locations.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple handles App Store payments and your Apple Account. Packmorrow does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide store reports or diagnostics according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policies. Packmorrow does not add a separate analytics service.
Support correspondence and this website
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send so we can handle your request. Avoid sending sensitive packing information unless needed. These support pages add no analytics or advertising scripts. Hosting this website involves ordinary request information handled by Vercel, our hosting provider; visiting it is separate from using the offline app.
